You will need ten 10 ml roll-on vials for the recipes featured on this sheet. You can use our "Yoga and Meditation" Labels (Sheet of 10) and our "Yoga and Meditation" Lid Stickers (Sheet of 88) to help you identify these roll-on blends.

Blends: Align, Be Still, Clarity, Focused, Grounded, Intention, Mindful, Present, Tranquil and Uplift.

Quantity: 25 double-sided sheets.

Size: 8½" x 11" (¼" deep pad).

Ingredients needed (not included):

  • • Essential oils for all 10 blends—bergamot, black pepper, cedarwood, chamomile, Clary sage, eucalyptus, fir (white or balsam), frankincense, geranium, jasmine, lavender, marjoram, orange, patchouli, petitgrain, rosemary, sandalwood, spikenard, vetiver, and ylang ylang.
  • Carrier oils.
