Product Description

"Let's face it—most of us are ill-informed about the facial products and procedures we see advertised. The internet and television ads bombast us with suggested skincare techniques and products, clamoring for our attention and dollars, and so I decided to dig deeper into their claims.... This book is a result of my research to become more skincare savvy. My objective is to engage your interest in becoming more aware of the products that can damage skin and body and of those natural ones you need to know about."

"This book is a comprehensive guide to natural skincare and facial exercise. It contains a wealth of information in one easy-to-read book. Great for the lay person who wants to take better care in a natural and more health way."—JoAnna Sidwell, designer and manufacturer of plant-based skincare products

"I highly recommend Let's Face It! not only to the targeted audience but to all ages and genders. It is filled with priceless information. The book offers lists to take along shopping as guides to assist in label reading. It is a quick read and easy to understand."—Betty Franklin, holistic health practitioner

"There are so many toxins in our personal products, and Shelia has done her research in to guide you in the right direction, saving a lot of trial and error in the quest to slow down the 'age-ing' process."—Kathy Bliss, Certified Natural Health Practitioner (CNHP)
