Review by:
I recieved this book hoping it would be packed full of great and useful recipes. It was mostly recipes, but seemed like far to many pages dedicated to massage recipes. Had i known this, i wouldn't have gotten it. Just seemed page after page after page for massage and I am interested in recipes for all kinds of things. But if you're interested in mostly massage, then this is it for you.

This book appeared to be somewhat out of date with the up-to-date info that is available. Probably won't be of much help to a person who is new to oils. (Posted on 1/5/2017)
