This compact reference guide cuts to the "quick" on how to use essential oils to support health and well-being. It's big enough to address any need yet small enough to carry with you. Easy to navigate too!
An abbreviated version of its larger counterpart, the
Quick Reference Guide for Using Essential Oils contains the entire "Personal Section" from our full-size Reference Guide for Essential Oils. This means that essential oils, blends, and related products are recommended for over 600 health conditions. Up-to-date research findings are included. The guide also summarizes basic usage and safety information. Photo illustrations help explain both Vita Flex therapy and the Raindrop Technique®. You won't find a more concise yet comprehensive book anywhere.
A laminated cover and plastic spiral binding make this portable guide durable and convenient. The pages lie flat for readability while you're actually applying essential oils.

Connie Higley has always held a fascination for natural healing methods, relying on herbs and herbal remedies for much of her life. She received her bachelor's degree in information management in 1989, developing her unique talent for organizing ideas and data. As a devoted mother, Connie became excited about essential oils when she learned about their therapeutic physical and emotional effects. In May, 1995, she met Pat Leatham, who shared notes she had compiled about essential oils. Connie helped Pat organize the information for themselves and their friends. Connie then went on to expand her research to produce the Reference Guide for Essential Oils and other works. She and her husband, Alan Higley, now work together to help catalog and publish a growing body of knowledge about essential oils.
