This guide is comprised of three powerful reference sections to guide you on the journey to discovering your 'True Self'. The first section is comprised of a list of negative feelings that may be experienced, and provides an assortment of positive feelings that can be used to replace the negative one. The second section illustrates how to use positive feelings to replace the negative ones that arise from everyday occurances. The final section is comprised of a list of specific ill-nesses and the feelings known to contribute to them.
