The aromatic mist adds humidity to the air, which can help soothe colds, sore throats, and asthma symptoms. It's also great for dry skin! In addition to moisture, the Aromatic Mist Diffuser generates negative ions which have been proven to help purify the air in a room. Setup is easy—just add water (ordinary tap water will do, but it can leave hard water deposits that will have to be cleaned off periodically—distilled or soft water is recommended to avoid water deposits) and in a few minutes you'll have swirling clouds of aromatic mist. In addition, this diffuser will automatically shut off when the water level gets low.
A new controller allows you to choose any of 16 different color-changing modes—ranging from one steady color, to slowly changing colors, to quick flashing lights—or you can run the mist-maker without any lights to match your preference or to create the perfect mood.
Each unit includes a glass bowl, splash guard, tabletop stand, AC adapter, mist maker with 12 colored LED lights, and a free replacement disc to extend the life of your mist maker.

1. Noise level is given as a non-numeric value because the noise level of this diffuser was too low to register on the sound level meter at a range of 18 inches.
2. The air saturation rating measures how much oil a diffuser can put into the air in a set amount of time for therapeutic purposes. Typically, the higher the air saturation rating, the larger the area the diffuser will cover (the actual square footage a diffuser can cover will vary depending on airflow, height of ceiling, climate, and the oil being diffused). Diffusers with a "Very High" rating have a maximum oil output ability of between .75 and 1.3 ml per 15 minutes of use. Diffusers with a "High" rating have a maximum oil output ability of between .4 and .75 ml per 15 minutes of use. Diffusers with a "Moderate" rating have a maximum oil output ability of between .1 and .4 ml per 15 minutes of use.
